A client comes to our office and pays a viewing fee amounting to K5,000 (Five thousand kwacha) and gets a receipt. After this, we carry the client by our motorcycle or travel with the client through the client's car to all the properties that are available within the client's budget for them to choose a property of their choice.

Client should be aware that viewing fee must be paid even when mode of transport to the properties is client's car because it is viewing fee and not meant for transport. 

The viewing fee paid caters for three different visits. If client is not satisfied with the properties they have viewed in the first or second visit, they will be given the third but last visit.

When client has chosen a property of their choice to let, they pay us 25 percent of one month property rental. Thus if property rental is K40,000 (Forty thousand kwacha) they pay K40,000 (Forty thousand kwacha) or according to landlord's conditions stated in the lease agreement, to the landlord, and pay us K10,000 (Ten thousand kwacha) as our commission.

NOTICE: Viewing fee (K5,000) is refundable if the client pays property rental as well as our commission right on the first visit of viewing. It also has to be noted that our service fees are paid before client occupies the property.
